Qualifications

• Vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered.
• Credentials in training and assessment or equivalent qualifications.
• Current industry currency and knowledge of vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Display teaching competence with a student-centred approach.
• Lead and manage teaching and learning in classroom, workplace, simulated and online environments.
• Utilise flexible, blended learning techniques for diverse cohorts.
• Design and implement assessment tools aligned with industry standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement to enhance training quality.
• Build relationships with students, staff and industry partners.
