Job summary

Queensland Department of Education seeks an experienced Registered Training Organisation Manager for Yarrabilba State Secondary College. The role partners with the Deputy Principal (Senior Schooling) to oversee RTO operations and compliance with QCAA requirements.

Ideal candidate holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and can deliver and assess VET programs with students. Prior RTO management and TAS strategy development are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (T&A).
• Experience in RTO management and developing Training and Assessment Strategies.
• Ability to deliver and assess VET programs with students.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and improvement of vocational education and training programs.
• Develop training delivery solutions meeting government and industry needs.
• Support the Principal with educational matters and partnerships with industry.
• Lead and support RTO staff PD and ensure compliance with RTO standards.
• Manage program finances and contribute to external funding submissions.
