Marist College Ashgrove in Brisbane invites applicants for the role of Program Leader - Vocational Education and Training (VET). The successful candidate will lead VET programs for senior years (10–12) in alignment with our strategic plan, ensuring high standards of Catholic education and student outcomes.

Reporting to the College Academic Care Team, you will oversee curriculum delivery, staff professional development, and resource management while upholding child safety and safeguarding

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Marist ethos and ability to model it as a school leader.
• Experience leading staff through operational/administrative/legislative aspects of a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain processes to monitor and manage personnel, resources and finances.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and manage Vocational Education and Training in senior secondary courses (Years 10–12).
• Lead curriculum alignment with the College Strategic Plan and yearly operational plan.
• Support staff through professional learning and performance monitoring.
