Qualifications

• Onboard experience in senior/officer roles is essential.
• Ability to coordinate crew and operations across departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise maintenance, repairs, surveys and certificates for vessels.
• Coordinate crew planning with Crewing Department to keep fleet properly manned.
• Familiarise senior officers for onboard duties and assess performance per SMS system.
• Visit vessels regularly to verify condition, repairs and compliance with safety standards.
