ALH is seeking a Venue Support Officer for Enfield Hotel on a part-time fixed-term contract. The role focuses on accurate financial reconciliations, data integrity in ALH systems, stock control, and compliance duties.

Availability on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays is required, with strong customer service and confidentiality for sensitive information. Join a busy hospitality team, support on-floor service during peak times, and contribute to audits and team discussions to uphold standards

Qualifications

• Available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Provides outstanding customer service by phone, email and in person.
• Understands privacy and confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Keeps the administration area organized and professional.
• Supports Venue team on the floor during peak times.
• Attends and contributes in team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Complete financial reconciliations, including maintaining point of sale registers.
• Maintain data integrity in all ALH systems and employee records and training records.
• Manage stock control and stocktakes; identify cash and stock variances.
• Ensure VISA obligations are met and managed for team members in ALH systems.
• Review venue reports and provide feedback to key team members.
• Assist Management Team in achieving audit results and compliance.

A day in the life of a Venue Support Officer:

• Completion of all financial reconciliations as required including maintaining point of sale registers
• Maintaining all data integrity in all ALH systems in a timely manner as well as all employee records and training records.
• Manage stock control and stocktakes within the Venue as well as Identify and highlight cash and stock variances
• Ensure all VISA obligations are met and managed for team members in the ALH systems.
• Reviewing all venue generated reports and providing feedback to key team members
• Assist Management Team in achieving expected audit results as well as Compliance and Loss Prevention

About You:

• Available Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
• You provide outstanding customer service with enquiries via phone, email and face to face.
• You understand the importance of privacy & confidentiality with sensitive information
• You maintain the administration area in a well organised and professional manner at all times
• You support the Venue team with service on the floor during peak times of trade
• You attend and contribute your insights in team meetings
