Job summary

Laundy Hotels is seeking a Casual Venue Manager for Brooks, Jordan Springs, a vibrant pub and eatery with indoor/outdoor dining and a family-friendly atmosphere. Reporting to the General Manager, you will run day-to-day operations and lead the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership with ability to coordinate a small team.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Highly organised with strong time management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience rostering casual labour.
• Knowledge of licensing and hospitality regulations.
• RSA / RCG certification.
• Experience using Deputy rostering software.
