Job summary

Cliftons Venues in Sydney seeks a hands-on Venue Operations Coordinator to deliver smooth client experiences across two Sydney venues. You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to keep events on track from arrival to departure.

You’ll coordinate front-of-house, catering, and facilities, supervise team members, manage rostering and budgets, and build strong client relationships while calmly solving day‑of challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, conferencing, hotels or another customer-focused operational environment
• Experience supporting or coordinating people and competing priorities
• Strong relationship-building, organisation and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate venue, front-of-house and catering operations
• Support and guide team members throughout event delivery
• Keep venue presentation, facilities, maintenance and workplace safety standards on track
• Assist with rostering, resources and operational budgets
• Build strong client relationships and calmly solve event-day challenges
