The Belongil Group is seeking a Full Time Venue Manager to lead The Bistro in Byron Bay. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, delivering outstanding service, and driving financial performance in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will manage staff, uphold guest standards, control costs, and develop team capabilities to exceed business objectives while embodying craft, culture and community that The Belongil is known for.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a comparable hospitality management role.
• Strong business acumen and leadership.
• Hold a valid RSA and First Aid certificate, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across venues and guest service standards.
• Manage costs to meet sales budgets and profit targets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance, and offboarding.
• Develop team product knowledge to exceed objectives.
