Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced, customer-driven environments (hospitality, retail, fitness, recreation, or similar).
• Experience leading, coaching & mentoring 16-24-year-olds.
• Commercial mindset—drive revenue, control costs & hit performance targets.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
• Customer-first thinking—create magic moments and memorable experiences.
• Resilience & adaptability under pressure.
• Hands-on attitude; willing to roll up sleeves to get things done.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a strong team, fostering progression and accountability.
• Drive venue performance: sales, customer experience, safety, labour, COGS, and engagement to KPIs.
• Coach your team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
• Oversee safety procedures and compliance across operations.
• Develop your team through training and leadership programs.
• Ensure smooth venue operations and presentation for exceptional experiences.
• Collaborate with Support Office to execute national strategies.
