Formación

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality leadership, preferably in pubs or restaurants.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters and costs.
• RSA, RSG, TAB basics & Advanced certification.
• Strong customer-focused leadership and high-energy team drive.
