The Sporting Globe in Geelong is seeking a motivated hospitality professional to join our team. You’ll support daily operations, ensure smooth service across all areas, and contribute to a high-energy venue that thrives on teamwork and top-notch guest experiences.

With 2 years in hospitality and certifications like RSA/RSG/TAB, you’ll help maintain our standards while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence in a busy pub/restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years hospitality experience (bonus points if it’s in pubs, bars, or busy restaurants)
• RSA, RSG, and TAB basics

Responsibilities

• Support the shift by making sure every area of the venue is running smoothly
• Motivate the team and help build a winning team culture
• Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue in top shape
• Be the go-to when the captain is away, keeping the playbook on track and the standards best in class
