Job summary

Star Group is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead Holdfast Hotel. You will bring hospitality management experience and mentor your team by leading from the front.

Key duties include managing expenses (stock, labour and other items), reconciling floats and balancing DTS, and delivering excellent customer service with the highest standards. Weekend and night shifts are required.
