Kingpin in Sydney is seeking a Venue Manager to lead our North Strathfield venue with hands-on leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive team performance, manage operations, and uphold our FUN and guest-focused culture across events and bookings. A dynamic leader who thrives in hospitality and retail environments will excel here.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid WWCC or be willing to obtain
• Must hold a valid First Aid + CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain
• Hands-on and effective manager with experience in a busy hospitality/retail/entertainment venue
• Pro-active and innovative leader who can inspire the team to push hard
• Strong relationship builder for corporate and social group bookings
• Astute operator with strong skills in the financial management of a venue
• Passionate about guest experience and ensuring guests leave smiling

As the Venue Manager for our Kingpin North Strathfield venue, you will be the leader of the pack and the captain of FUN! Your strong leadership and business acumen will directly influence the success of this venue & you will champion our values every day!

You will be supported by & also provide support to the dynamic & loyal team and have a razor-sharp focus on ensuring our guest experience is second to none.
