The Little Bay on West Coast Drive is seeking a dynamic manager with proven experience in high-volume cafes and restaurants to take the reins of our waterfront venue.

We operate from 6:30am to 3pm, 7 days a week, with weekends mandatory and no night shifts. A supportive team and established bonus structure await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in management in high-volume cafes and restaurants.
• Availability for early morning shifts 6:30am–3pm, 7 days a week.
• Willingness to work weekends; nights are not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a waterfront restaurant.
• Oversee staff and manage service during 6:30am–3pm.
• Implement the existing bonus structure for management.

Job description

The Little Bay is looking for a talented individual to take the reins of our picture perfect restaurant on the water of West Coast Drive.

We are looking for a dynamic individual who has management experience in high volume cafes and restaurants. We trade from 6:30am to 3pm 7 days a week and busy throughout the whole day.

NO NIGHTS but weekends are mandatory for this role.

There is a supportive management structure in place and an experienced team already on the ground. You will be the final piece of the puzzle!

This role is strictly for candidates with experience in similar venues and sponsorship is not currently on the table.

Salary is negotiable for the right person and a bonus structure is currently in place for the management team.
