Job summary

Burger Urge is seeking a hands-on Venue Manager to lead our busy cafes in Wodonga or Thurgoona. You’ll run day-to-day operations, build and train a rockstar crew, and ensure an epic guest experience every shift.

With 3+ years in hospitality/restaurant management, you’ll lead with energy, motivate your team, drive sales, and keep the venue buzzing with positivity in a fast-growing brand.

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-loving, hustle-hard Venue Manager to take charge of our teams in either Wodonga or Thurgoona.
