Kingpin is seeking a Venue General Manager in Melbourne to oversee daily operations of a multi-faceted entertainment venue. You will lead a team of department heads to deliver outstanding hospitality, ensure financial targets are met, and foster a guest-centric culture across all zones.

This role requires 3–5 years of venue/general management experience within a large hospitality setting with a strong F&B focus, plus proven ability to manage large teams and drive continuous improvement.

• 3–5 years of Venue/General Management experience in a large multi-faceted hospitality venue with strong F&B focus.
• Proven ability to manage 70+ hospitality crew through department heads.
• Skilled in financial management and cost control in hospitality.
• Hands-on leader who delegates but is willing to dive in.
• Ability to engage with community and local businesses.
• Passionate hospitality professional focused on guest experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and coach a team of Heads of Department to deliver hospitality excellence.
