Job summary

The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters is seeking a part-time Venue Activation Coordinator to drive activation, utilisation and revenue growth for the Norwood Concert Hall. You will lead targeted business development, market engagement and partnership development to maximise bookings and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales or venue hire with proven lead generation and revenue targets.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders including festival and education partners.
• Ability to report on business development performance and market trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills for compelling proposals.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and deriving strategic recommendations from market data.

Responsibilities

• Drive activation, utilisation and revenue growth for Norwood Concert Hall through proactive business development and market engagement.
• Develop and nurture partnerships and convert demand into sustainable venue bookings aligned with Council objectives.
