Job summary

Venues NSW is seeking a proactive Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to drive acquisitions, marketing and event delivery for WIN Stadium and Entertainment Centre. You will promote events, manage campaigns, and engage with clients to optimise venue occupancy and commercial opportunities.

You will coordinate digital content, newsletters, social media, and eDMs while supporting venue hirers and handling enquiries with a client-focused approach. Some weeknights/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Proven digital marketing experience, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing and data management.
• Demonstrated experience in lead generation, customer acquisition and retention.
• Knowledge of social media, email and search marketing channels.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and digital channel planning.
• Knowledge of web analytics and using data to generate insights and reports.
• Excellent project, time management and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions, marketing and event delivery activities for WIN Stadium and Entertainment Centre, promoting events and commercial opportunities.
• Provide high-quality admin and logistical support across business development, acquisitions, marketing, ticketing and event functions.
• Assist with development and delivery of marketing campaigns, digital content, eDMs, newsletters and social media.
• Support venue hirers and respond to client enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders to drive venue occupancy and revenue.
