Job summary

Vinarchy seeks a Vendor Replenishment Planner & Operations Support to optimise replenishment and inventory planning across a fast-moving environment. You will manage replenishment activities, purchase orders and customer supply while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet service targets.

The role requires 3+ years in replenishment or related flow, plus strong Excel and Power BI skills to deliver complex analyses and forecasts. A data-driven mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Vendor Replenishment Planning, Customer Replenishment, Inventory Planning, Customer Operations or Supply Chain Operations.
• FMCG, beverage, grocery, retail or wholesale distribution experience.
• Experience managing replenishment, inventory, purchase orders and customer supply activities within a fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders, customers and operational priorities simultaneously.
• Experience analysing stock-on-hand, inventory, aged stock, service level and replenishment data to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Strong track record of identifying issues proactively and driving solutions through to resolution.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Query capability, including complex reporting, analysis, data manipulation and forecasting activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead replenishment, inventory and customer supply activities to optimise service levels.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Analyze stock-on-hand, aged stock and forecast data to drive decisions.
• Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards in Excel/Power BI.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring proven experience within a replenishment, inventory planning or customer supply function and be comfortable working in a highly data-driven environment.

You'll be able to demonstrate:
