Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. is seeking a Vendor Replenishment Planner to drive S&OP excellence for a global FMCG portfolio, based in Melbourne. This 12-month contract role focuses on replenishment, service levels and inventory management through close collaboration with Sales, Planning and Commercial teams.

The role requires strong Excel/Data analysis skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across S&OP, Commercial, and Away From Home/Export.
• Lead day-to-day management of supply risks and ensure on-time, complete deliveries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Planning teams to improve service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement of replenishment processes and cost initiatives.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP) to join our team, based out of Melbourne! This is a 12 month contract position.

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the critical link between the S&OP & Commercial functions for Away From Home and Export, to ensure alignment on service levels, forecasting, and inventory management.
• Lead the day-to-day management of Supply risks and proactively communicate and resolve service issues to help ensure orders are delivered in full and on time.
• Collaborate and communicate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Planning teams.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights.
• Optimise supply chain efficiency through process improvement and management, and the delivery of cost improvement projects.

About you:

• Robust stakeholder management skills with a customer-centric mindset and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to analyse data, problem-solve, and drive critical decision-making.
• Understanding of supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics and replenishment processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Prior FMCG/Retail experience in a supply/demand capacity (desirable)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Tertiary qualified, with a background in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Eligibility to work in Australia – with full working rights
