Job summary

Suntory Oceania is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our distribution centre in Queensland. You will coach a high-performing team to hit throughput targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Lead, you will monitor shift performance, drive continuous improvement, coordinate picking and packing, and partner with state DC Managers to ensure timely, accurate orders.

• Support excellence in customer service.
• Promote a safety first environment and ensure incident reporting.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Lead the Shift Manager will ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our Distribution centre. Successfully coaching a high performing team to ensure throughput and delivery is achieved in alignment with daily targets. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will monitor activity and report on shift outcomes, identifying constraints and operational performance opportunities. In alignment with the Suntory Oceania values, you will drive a safety and quality culture.
