Suntory Oceania is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our distribution centre operations in Queensland. You will coach a high-performing team, drive throughput, and maintain safety and quality at the core of daily activities.

With a continuous improvement mindset, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, collaborate with DC managers, and ensure timely picking and packing of orders while delivering excellent customer service.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Lead the Shift Manager will ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our Distribution centre. Successfully coaching a high performing team to ensure throughput and delivery is achieved in alignment with daily targets. With a continuous improvement mindset, you will monitor activity and report on shift outcomes, identifying constraints and operational performance opportunities. In alignment with the Suntory Oceania values you will drive a safety and quality culture.

Key accountabilities will include
