Job summary

REALINKAGE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our Alexandria dealership. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing the service journey from booking to vehicle handover and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

You will work across Chery, GAC, Leapmotor and Zeekr, gaining exposure to EVs and hybrids in a busy, customer-focused setting. This role requires strong communication, organisation under pressure, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is a must.
• Strong communication skills with a natural and clear speaking style.
• Organised and calm under pressure in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Current Australian Driver Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full service cycle from booking in to handover of vehicles.
• Explain repairs and invoices in plain English, avoiding jargon.
• Prepare repair orders, quotes and workshop instructions.
• Collaborate with Technicians, Parts Interpreters and the Workshop Controller to keep work flowing.
• Schedule jobs, monitor progress and proactively update customers on changes.
• Process repair orders, invoices, warranty documentation and customer records.

About the Role

We're after an experienced Service Advisor to join our Alexandria dealership.

You'll be the key link between our customers and the workshop, managing the service journey from booking to vehicle handover - making sure every customer walks away happy.

You'll be working across Chery, GAC, Leapmotor and Zeekr, so if you're keen on getting more exposure to EVs and hybrids, this is a good one.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

Managing the full service cycle - from booking customers in to handing their car back

Talking to customers clearly and honestly - explaining repairs and invoices in plain English, no jargon

Preparing repair orders, quotes and workshop instructions

Working closely with Technicians, Parts Interpreters and Workshop Controller to keep things moving

Scheduling jobs, monitoring progress, and proactively letting customers know if anything changes

Processing repair orders, invoices, warranty documentation and customer records

Who we're looking for:

Previous dealership Service Advisor experience - this is a must

Strong communication skills - you can talk to customers without sounding like a robot

Organised and calm under pressure - you can juggle multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment

Computer-savvy - Pentana DMS experience is a big plus

Current Australian Driver Licence

Bonus points if you've worked with:
