Job summary

LEAP NSW PTY LTD is expanding across Sydney showrooms and will place you at one of our locations based on business needs. The role involves engaging customers, delivering product demonstrations, and driving sales across Chery, GAC, Leapmotor, and Zeekr. Full training is provided.

You will join a dynamic team focused on delivering excellent customer experiences, meeting sales targets, and building long-term relationships with buyers across multiple showroom sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer-facing sales, ideally automotive or tech.
• Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and explain clearly.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers and match them with the right EV from our portfolio.
• Deliver product demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on latest models and tech.

Ready to sell the future? We're expanding across Sydney with new showrooms in Alexandria, Parramatta, and Hornsby, representing four leading EV brands: Chery, GAC, Leapmotor, and Zeekr.

We're looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team. You'll be placed at one of our showrooms based on business needs, with the opportunity to work across different brands and locations over time. Full training provided on all models. If you love cars and love connecting with people, we want to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and match them with the right electric vehicle from our portfolio
• Deliver product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and capabilities of our vehicles
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the latest models, technologies and industry developments
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective lead generation, proposal development and closing techniques
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process to build long-term relationships
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a seamless customer experience across all showroom locations

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally within automotive or technology industries
• Passion for electric vehicles and a desire to be at the forefront of the sustainable transport revolution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and explain complex information in simple terms
• A consultative, solutions-focused approach to sales
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A valid driver's licence
