Job summary

REALINKAGE AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for our Alexandria dealership. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing the service journey from booking to vehicle handover and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

You will work across Chery, GAC, Leapmotor and Zeekr, gaining exposure to EVs and hybrids in a busy, customer-focused setting. This role requires strong communication, organisation under pressure, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership Service Advisor experience is a must.
• Strong communication skills with a natural and clear speaking style.
• Organised and calm under pressure in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Current Australian Driver Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full service cycle from booking in to handover of vehicles.
• Explain repairs and invoices in plain English, avoiding jargon.
• Prepare repair orders, quotes and workshop instructions.
• Collaborate with Technicians, Parts Interpreters and the Workshop Controller to keep work flowing.
• Schedule jobs, monitor progress and proactively update customers on changes.
• Process repair orders, invoices, warranty documentation and customer records.
