Hunter City Motor Group in Bennetts Green, NSW, seeks an experienced Vehicle Pre-Delivery Manager to lead our Pre-Delivery Department and drive service quality. You will oversee vehicle preparation, coordinate workshop operations, and work with sales, service and administration to ensure timely delivery and outstanding customer experiences.

You will manage staff, prioritise tasks, ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, and foster continuous improvement in pre-delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership or automotive pre-delivery management.
• Strong leadership and staff development.
• Excellent organisational and time management.
• Knowledge of pre-delivery processes and quality standards.
• Driver's licence is required or current.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Pre-Delivery Department.
• Schedule and prioritise vehicle preparation to meet delivery deadlines.
• Supervise and support pre-delivery technicians, detailers, and yard staff.
• Ensure all vehicles meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
• Coordinate vehicle accessories, registration, roadworthy inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and departmental performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Liaise with sales, service, parts, and administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage stock levels of consumables and equipment.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and staff development.
