Job summary

CMI Hino Regency Park is seeking a Supervisor Pre-Delivery to lead the Pre-Delivery team and ensure all tasks are completed to schedule. The role requires a Heavy Vehicle Technician background with supervision experience and a current HR licence, coupled with strong diagnostic skills and people leadership.

You will drive quality processes, manage orders and costs for new vehicle prep, coordinate with manufacturers, and support training to develop team skills while ensuring excellent customer

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Heavy Vehicle Technician and supervision skills or experience considered an advantage.
• Current HR licence is required.
• Demonstrated high-level diagnostic problem solving ability.
• Excellent ability to impart knowledge to technicians and apprentices.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Pre-Delivery team to meet all tasks on time.
• Drive quality processes to meet manufacturer delivery standards.
• Prepare and issue repair orders and final costs for new vehicle prep.
• Issue purchase orders to sub-contractors and suppliers as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with the manufacturer and coordinate requirements.
• Manage supplier quality issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Identify warranty concerns on vehicle arrival and coordinate rectification.
• Oversee new vehicle handover to customers and ensure timeliness.
• Provide training and coaching to the pre-delivery team to improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales and service to schedule tasks and ensure efficient vehicle deliveries.
• Conduct regular team performance reviews.
