Job summary

Auto Corner in Mackay is seeking a Vehicle Delivery Driver to efficiently recover and deliver vehicles between our Pre Delivery department, the dealership and external locations. You will ensure vehicle safety, identify defects, sign in/out registered vehicles, and perform duties with care to minimise damage, delays and customer dissatisfaction.

The role requires a Queensland C class manual licence, strong attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced setting, and a proven clean driving

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Queensland C class manual drivers licence.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy in work product.
• Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent driving history.

Responsibilities

• To assist with transport of vehicles between all company sites, sublet suppliers etc.
• Providing a high level of safety when driving.
• To identify any defects or damage to vehicles and bring them to management attention immediately.
• To conduct all operations and processes involving vehicles with care and attention, and make every effort to minimise damage, delays and customer dissatisfaction.
• To ensure all registered vehicles are signed in and out as per department / company policy.

The Role:

As the Vehicle Delivery Driver you will be responsible for effectfully recovering and delivering vehicles to and from our Pre Delivery department, the Dealership and other locations.

The Role will include:
