Responsibilities

• Safely manoeuvre vehicles in and around the compound and workshop.
• Inspect vehicles and process according to daily plan.

• Fit automotive accessories.
• Undertake relevant preservation tasks.
• Ensure good housekeeping in all parking areas.
• Ensure vehicles are parked to meet customer needs.

With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

The Position:

Due to recent growth and new contracts, we are currently seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Team Member to join our Fleet team.

As a Vehicle Accessory Fitter, you will be removing and replacing vehicle body parts, fitting aftermarket accessories and a variety of other related tasks, to prepare vehicles for delivery to our customers. A mechanical or auto-electrical background is desired; however, if you have a mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude and are keen to learn, we will provide the training and support to shape your career.

What you will do:

• Safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
• Inspection of vehicles and process vehicles as per daily plan
• Survey vehicles and complete company required documentation
• Fitment of automotive accessories
• Undertake relevant preservation tasks
• Ensure that good housekeeping practices are observed in all parking areas
• Ensure that vehicles are parked in compliance with customer needs

What you will bring:

• Must have a manual driver's license
• Strong attention to detail & safety-first mindset
• Understand working of parts and components
• Experience in the use of hand and power tools
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift/handle automotive parts (sports bars, bumper bars etc)

Nice to have:

• Experience in vehicle accessory fitments, beneficial
• Mechanical/ electrical aptitude an advantage
• Current MSIC card would be beneficial but not mandatory
