Job summary

PrixCar Services is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage. We are currently seeking a reliable Mechanic to join our team based in Minto, NSW.

As a PDI Mechanic/Vehicle Accessory Fitter, you will work on a range of brand-new fleet vehicles, fitting and wiring aftermarket accessories to prepare vehicles for delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience fitting vehicle accessories (sports bars, bumper bars, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Safely manoeuvre vehicles within the compound and workshop.
• Perform fit-out and customisation of vehicles as per plan.
• Fit and wire a range of vehicle accessories and equipment.
• Complete and sign off paperwork for vehicle registration.
• Perform quality checks and ensure workmanship is up to standard.
• Ensure records are completed accurately and submitted on time.

With more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.

The Position:

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Mechanic to join our team based in Minto.

As a PDI Mechanic/ Vehicle Accessory Fitter, you will be working on a range of brand-new fleet vehicles. Fitting and customizing aftermarket accessories, to prepare vehicles for delivery to our customers.

What you will do:

• Safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
• Perform fit-out (Customisation) of Vehicles as per plan and/or instructed
• Fitting and wiring a range of vehicle accessories and equipment
• Completion and sign off on required paperwork for vehicle registration purposes
• Perform required quality checks and be accountable for the workmanship of performed work
• Ensure that required records are completed accurately and submitted on time

What you will bring:

• Must have a driver's license

• Ability to handle a range of automotive parts and accessories (sports bars, bumper bars etc)
