Job summary

PrixCar Services is seeking a reliable PDI Mechanic/Vehicle Accessory Fitter based in Minto to work on brand-new fleet vehicles, fitting aftermarket accessories and preparing vehicles for delivery to customers.

You will perform fit-outs and ensure quality checks in a busy automotive workshop, with a focus on accurate paperwork and compliance for vehicle registration.

Qualifications

• Must have a driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in vehicle accessory fitments.

Responsibilities

• Safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop.
• Perform fit-out (Customization) of Vehicles as per plan and/or instructed.
• Fitting and wiring a range of vehicle accessories and equipment.
• Completion and sign off on required paperwork for vehicle registration purposes.
• Perform required quality checks and be accountable for the workmanship of performed work.
• Ensure that required records are completed accurately and submitted on time.

The Position:

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Mechanic to join our team based in Minto.

As a PDI Mechanic/ Vehicle Accessory Fitter, you will be working on a range of brand-new fleet vehicles. Fitting and customizing aftermarket accessories, to prepare vehicles for delivery to our customers.

What you will do:

• Safe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compound and workshop
