Job summary

Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is expanding its senior secondary programs, introducing Years 11 and 12 with VCE/VET offerings. The VCE & VASS Administrative Officer provides administrative support for VCE, VET and student pathways, including VASS administration, attendance tracking and coordination of the Careers Advisor.

This role focuses on operations, records, and compliance, not teaching. The officer will work with the Director of Student Pathways to ensure timely documentation,

Responsibilities

• Coordinate documentation, records, communications, schedules and logistical arrangements to support senior secondary programs (VCE/VET)
• Maintain attendance and movement records and ensure compliance with attendance policies
• Prepare information and coordinate administrative processes and communicate approved decisions
• Support daily operation of student pathways services, including bookings for Careers Advisor and study spaces management
