Job summary

Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is expanding senior secondary programs and seeks a dedicated VCE & VASS Administrative Officer. The role provides administrative support for VCE, VET and student pathways, including VASS management, attendance, and scheduling for senior students.

You will work closely with the Director of Student Pathways to maintain accurate records, deadlines and communications, ensuring smooth service delivery within the college.

Qualifications

• Documents required: a current CV, academic transcript, cover letter and responses to the Key Selection Criteria (max 2 pages).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for VCE, VET and student pathways programs, including VASS administration.
• Coordinate documentation, records, communications, schedules and logistics for senior secondary delivery.
• Monitor administrative requirements and deadlines; follow up outstanding matters and implement college and VCAA processes.
• Support daily operation of student pathways services: manage Careers Advisor bookings, monitor study spaces, and administer attendance and check-in/out processes.
