Qualifications

• Strong HashiCorp Vault expertise.
• Experience as a Product Owner/Technical Product Manager.
• Knowledge of security, secrets management, and governance.
• Experience defining product roadmaps and operating models.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vault strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Drive Vault adoption across cloud, infrastructure, and applications.
• Prioritise initiatives based on security, risk, and business outcomes.
• Act as the Vault subject matter expert and capability owner.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and platform optimisation.
• Define KPIs and adoption metrics for platform success.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, and engineering teams.
