Job summary

You will define the Vault roadmap, govern its use across cloud, infrastructure, and applications, and partner with senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver measurable security and compliance benefits.

You will balance business, security, and technical priorities while mentoring teams in platform engineering and DevSecOps.

Qualifications

• Extensive HashiCorp Vault experience.
• Experience as Product Owner, Service Owner, or Technical PM.
• Strong governance and security mindset for enterprise deployments.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vault strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Drive Vault adoption across cloud, infrastructure, and applications.
• Prioritise initiatives based on security, risk, and business outcomes.
• Act as Vault SME and capability owner.
• Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and platform optimisation.
• Define KPIs, adoption metrics, and platform success measures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across cybersecurity, cloud, and engineering.
