Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience with HashiCorp Vault.
• Demonstrated experience working as a product owner, service owner, or technical product manager.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security and operational frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall Vault product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Define the enterprise vault operating model, capabilities, and service catalogue.
• Identify business and security use cases for vault across applications, infrastructure, cloud, and network environments.
• Establish priorities based on business risks, security requirements, operational benefits, and business demands.
• Develop and maintain a multi year vault adoption and maturity roadmap.
• Act as the primary product/capability owner and SME for vault initiatives.
• Manage relationships with HashiCorp Vault and relevant technology partners.
• Oversee product licensing, consumption, and commercial optimization.
• Track vault enterprise feature requirements against the organization’s current license.
• Lead vendor roadmap discussions, product evaluations, and technical workshops.
• Identify opportunities to optimize platform costs.
• Engage with senior stakeholders across cybersecurity and other areas.
• Define and report product KPIs, adoption metrics, risk reduction, and operational benefits.
