Job summary

Legora is seeking a Value Engineer to join our Sydney team, situated at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You will partner with prospects and customers to quantify, articulate, and demonstrate the business impact of Legora, translating complex legal workflows into clear, executive-ready value narratives.

As the first Value Engineer in the region, you will lead value-based conversations with senior executives and help establish how we communicate ROI to go-to-market teams.

Qualifications

• Experience translating quantitative results and complex workflows into actionable business insights.
• Ability to build credible value narratives for customers.
• Experience engaging with senior executives clearly and concisely.
• Strong communication skills; simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritise and deliver high-quality outputs quickly without over-engineering.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate strategic deals by partnering with Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers to build compelling value narratives.
• Translate customer workflows, operational challenges, and results into clear financial and business impact.
• Lead value-focused conversations with General Counsel, CFOs, and other senior executives.
• Develop and deliver value enablement training for sales and go-to-market teams across the region.
• Create practical frameworks, tools, and assets for communicating Legora’s value consistently.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to share feedback and industry trends related to value and ROI.
• Support customer adoption and expansion by helping measure impact of Legora.
