Parallels is seeking a versatile UX & Graphic Designer to blend strong visual design with user-centered thinking. You will evolve the Parallels.com experience, craft digital and campaign assets, and drive brand alignment with modern UX, accessibility, and AI-driven workflows.

You’ll collaborate with developers and creative teams, staying current with UX and AI trends while delivering high-quality, accessible designs for a global audience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, digital, visual, or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showing both visual craft and UX thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma, design systems, and prototyping.
• Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsabilités

• Design and prototype pages for parallels.com, from wireframes through polished, developer-ready visual designs
• Evolve our design system, components, and templates while maintaining brand consistency throughout the site
• Partner with the web developers to ensure pages are built and released accurately
• Identify opportunities to improve existing UX, usability, visual hierarchy, and conversion
• Create branded assets across web, social, events, and other marketing initiatives or sales opportunities
• Use analytics, testing, and customer behavior to improve design decisions
• Explore and use AI-assisted tools for ideation, prototyping, production, and workflow efficiency while maintaining strong creative judgment and brand quality
• Collaborate with other creative teams and with requesting stakeholders
• Stay current with UX, visual design, AI, and digital trends

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in UX, digital, visual, or graphic design.
• A strong portfolio showing both visual craft and UX thinking.
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems and prototyping.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, usability, accessibility, and modern UX principles.
• Ability to turn broad or ambiguous requests into clear design solutions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Experience working across multiple projects in a global environment.
• Curiosity and hands-on interest in AI and emerging creative tools.

Nice to Have

Experience with CRO/A/B testing, web analytics, HTML/CSS, SaaS or ecommerce, and multilingual websites.
