BDO is seeking a UX & Content Designer to join the Information Technology team on a 2-year max-term contract, shaping the Global Portal, BDO's client collaboration platform.

You will conduct user research, create wireframes and content concepts, and collaborate with product, technology and business stakeholders to deliver accessible, usable digital experiences for both BDO teams and clients.

Qualificações

• Experience in UX Design, Content Design, Service Design or similar role.
• Experience conducting user research and translating findings into recommendations.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows or journey maps.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys and usability testing.
• Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes and concepts.
• Improve content, navigation and onboarding resources across the platform.
• Collaborate with product, technology and business stakeholders to deliver user-centred solutions.
• Champion accessibility and usability best practices.
