Job summary
OzDetect Pty Ltd is a NSW-based underground utility locating, surveying and concrete scanning company delivering services across Sydney and regional NSW. The role involves on-site utility locating with EML and GPR, marking services, and compiling basic site records for civil and construction projects.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years utility locating experience.
- Experience using EML and GPR equipment.
- Current driver’s licence and White Card.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Underground utility locating using EML and GPR
- Sonde tracing of drainage and conduits
- Reviewing BYDA and supplied service plans
- Marking services clearly on site
- Completing basic field reports and site records
- Communicating with clients and site supervisors

Your day-to-day work will include underground utility locating using EML and GPR, sonde tracing of drainage and conduits, reviewing BYDA and supplied service plans, marking services clearly on site, completing basic field reports and site records, and communicating with clients and site supervisors. You will be working across a range of civil and construction projects throughout Sydney and NSW.
