Job summary

TradeTech Australia is seeking an experienced Utilities Supervisor to own rural pole-to-pit and reinstatement operations in Geelong. This hands-on leadership role will coordinate field crews, subcontractors and administration staff to keep works safe, productive and on schedule.

You will manage labour planning, plant and resources, monitor productivity and project costs, and liaise with clients and utility providers to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction or utilities.
• Experience leading crews and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of pole-to-pit, underground services and reinstatement works.
• Experience overseeing administration, invoicing or project costs.
• Strong planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
• A practical and hands-on leadership style.
• Certificate III or IV in Civil Construction or Management, or equivalent experience.
