Job summary

Tellus Civil is seeking an experienced civil supervisor in Geelong to lead on-site teams, coordinate materials and subcontractors, and ensure projects run to programme and budget. The role requires hands-on supervision, strong communication, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule jobs, materials, subcontractors, team members, plant and equipment.
• Ensure OH&S policies and procedures are implemented at all times.
• Maintain healthy relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Daily maintenance and housekeeping of equipment.
• Operate with modern project management tools and technology.
• Oversee site operations including plant and equipment management.
• Lead toolbox talks and hands-on supervision as required.
• Supervise civil, excavation, pavement and drainage tasks within scope.

The organization & scheduling of jobs, materials, sub-contractors, team members, plant & equipment.

Ensure allOH&Spolicies and procedures are implemented and enforced in all aspects of the business.

Managing & maintaining healthy business relationships with clients

Daily maintenance & housekeeping of company equipment

Daily operations including use of modern technology & project management tools

Daily operations including management of job sites & plant & equipment

Ability to hold & action toolbox meetings

Ability to be hands on & be willing to complete all tasks where required
