You will lead projects from planning to delivery, coordinate contractors, and engage residents to support sustainable outcomes. The role emphasizes GIS-based mapping, budgeting, and quality assurance, with a focus on safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Arboriculture or transferable qualification such as Horticulture.
• Strong tree planting project experience.
• Spatial mapping and GIS system skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
• Project budgeting and cost estimation capability.
• Contract supervision and quality assurance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current driver license and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop street and park tree programs.
• Prepare planting plans and specifications.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Coordinate contractors and internal work crews.
• Create and monitor watering and tree establishment programs.
• Engage residents on planting initiatives.
