The Langham Melbourne is seeking a customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our luxury team. You will provide professional service, advise guests on menu and wine pairings, and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a fast-paced hospitality environment, a valid Victorian RSA, and a Food Handler’s certificate. Availability across day, evening shifts and weekends is required; own transport is preferred.

• Recognise opportunities to use up-selling techniques, in order to increase the average food and beverage spend.
• Ensure that the liquor and licensing laws are followed and understand the correct procedures for handling intoxicated and underage guests.
• Confidently make food and beverage recommendations to guests.
