Job summary

CommUnityCare is seeking a Nurse Manager Operations to lead clinical support staff across a unit within a community healthcare center. You will oversee assignments, coach staff, participate in process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining high-quality patient care.

The role requires an RN license, at least one year nursing experience, and CPR certification, with duties including direct patient care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in the nursing field.
• Unrestricted Registered Nurse License in the State (Texas).
• CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned staff, assign work and set priorities in relation to nursing services.
• Provide coaching and counseling to staff and participate in performance evaluations.
• Own Nurse Manager-Operations duties in absence of NMO.
• Participate in quality strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct patient care, document care and manage unit flow and scheduling.
• Ensure daily huddles and dissemination of information from meetings.
