Zusammenfassung

Sigma Healthcare is looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to enhance voice, telephony and collaboration platforms across our enterprise. You will manage RingCentral cloud telephony, Genesys Contact Centre, and Teams Phone, ensuring reliable, high-quality services and a superior user experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and vendors, resolving incidents, supporting escalations, and driving continuous improvements in the UC environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years’ experience in enterprise IT with voice, telephony and contact centre technologies.
• Hands-on experience with RingCentral, Genesys Cloud, Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone.
• Experience supporting collaboration and meeting room technologies.

Aufgaben

• Administer and support RingCentral cloud telephony platform (provisioning, routing, IVRs, queues, numbers).
• Manage Genesys Contact Centre platform for customer service & support communications.
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams Phone System (routing, calling plans, voice policies, auto attendants).
• Provide operational support and lifecycle management for UC technologies with high availability in mind.
• Maintain Audio Visual technologies across offices, meeting rooms, and centers.
• Monitor UC and AV platforms; identify incidents and capacity concerns.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for telephony, contact centre, conferencing, and AV issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and MSPs to meet business requirements.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across voice and conferencing platforms.
• Support project delivery including office fit-outs and technology refresh programs.
