Job summary

BelAyr Resources is seeking experienced Underground Service Crew to support a hard-rock mining operation in regional NSW. FIFO or DIDO to Cobar with camp accommodation and meals provided, plus superannuation paid on all hours worked and a fortnightly payroll cycle.

Join a safety-focused underground team offering consistent work and a 7/7 roster. Applicants must have proven Service Crew experience and a Working at Heights ticket, with Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.

Qualifications

• Proven Service Crew experience in underground hard rock mining.
• Working at Heights ticket.
• Physically fit with good manual handling.
• Strong safety focus and adherence to ground support standards.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Willing to work on a rotating 7/7 roster.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident; sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain air, water, ventilation, and power cabling.
• Provide support with pump setups and installation of ventilation systems.
• Inspect and perform basic troubleshooting of service equipment.
• Support underground crews as required.
• Ensure all work areas are clean and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and site protocols.
• Contribute to a positive and proactive team culture.
