Job summary

Redpath Australia is launching a Safety & Training Graduate program to kick-start a career in mining safety. The three-year pathway blends Head Office and site-based experience to build practical knowledge in Health, Safety & Training and develop the candidate into a Safety & Training Coordinator.

You’ll rotate through safety systems, underground operations and site‑based functions with mentoring from experienced professionals, aiming to progress into a dedicated HST role and gain exposure
