Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead underground site teams and drive safe, efficient operations to deliver project outcomes in Western Australia. The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires hands-on leadership across development and production activities.

FIFO from Perth on a 4/3 roster, 12-hour days, with career development, relocation support to Kalgoorlie, and a comprehensive benefits program including health and income protection insurance.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering (desirable).
• Proven leadership with high-performing teams.
• Underground mining experience across development and production.
• Experience in budgeting, performance analysis and providing commercial insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Due to significant growth, NSMS has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading underground site teams, driving safe and efficient operational performance and ensuring the successful delivery of project outcomes.

• Job Title: Project Manager
• Location: Western Australia
• Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
• Roster: FIFO ex Perth - 4/3, 12hr days

Experience & Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering (highly desirable)
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building engaged high-performing teams.
• Comprehensive underground mining experience with expertise in both development and production.
• Experienced in developing budgets, analysing operational performance and providing commercial insights.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster productive stakeholder partnerships.
