Job summary

Catalyst Metals Limited is seeking a Project Geologist to be embedded in our underground mine, reporting to the Senior Mine Geologist. You will drive Grade Control modelling, support drilling activities, and mentor field staff on-site.

You will contribute to short and long-term mine plans, monitor sampling quality, and ensure QAQC standards are maintained, working closely with mining and technical services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, majoring in Geology.
• Minimum 5 years relevant mining experience.
• Underground production experience is essential.
• Experience with resource modelling.
• Computer literacy with 3D modelling tools and GIS.

Responsibilities

• Own, coordinate and execute geology Grade Control modelling.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to Mine Geologists and Field Staff.
• Contribute to short, medium and long-term mine plans and schedules.
• Monitor face and drill sample quality and QAQC issues.
